Liu Xiaomian is a dish that speaks for itself with three powerful adjectives: spicy, numbing, and addictive. For those who crave fiery flavors and adore noodles, these words encapsulate everything that makes this dish irresistible.

Charlene Liu and her flatmate Liu Qian, both originally from Chongqing - a city renowned for its Sichuan cuisine in South West China - launched this street food stall. Back in 2017, they started selling their beloved spicy noodles after failing to find them in their new home. They quickly gained a following at Brick Lane Market, where their venture took off.
